Global Child Forum 2015 was a day filled with inspiration and action — spurred on by our keynote speakers Mrs Graça Machel, Mozambican politician, humanitarian and widow of former South African president Nelson Mandela, HRH Princess Sofia of Sweden and Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, African Union Commission Chairwoman. It included plenary sessions, interactive ActionLabs and opportunities to create cross sector partnerships.
It was an honour to have photographed H.R.H Princess Sofia's first international mission.

Departing from Sitia in Crete on the 12th of November it reached Cape Town five weeks later after crossing the whole of Africa including Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and finally reaching South Africa.
